Titan to Bring “SuperMansion” to Comics in 2017
SuperMansion, the hit stop-motion animated comedy series from Stoopid Buddy Stoodios with Bryan Cranston (Trumbo, "Breaking Bad"), Seth Green (Buffy, "Robot Chicken"), and Jillian Bell ("Workaholics"), as well as Keegan-Michael Key (Key & Peele) and Chris Pine (Star Trek Beyond, Wonder Woman) will get its comic adaptation from Titan Comics in early 2017. The series is created by Matthew Senreich and Zeb Wells and follows the adventures of Titanium Rex (voiced by Cranston, who's also the series' executive producer) as he struggles to live with and fight alongside the Millennial-aged. The series premiered on October 8, 2015 and was renewed for a second season to be released in early 2017.
"SuperMansion" has it all; playful, yet acerbic commentary on the superhero genre, a group of bungling caped crusaders called The League of Freedom and that age old struggle to stay relevant in a changing world!" said editor David Leach. "Titan are thrilled to be publishing SuperMansion comics and promise to bring the same level of wit, and humor to our series, or my name isn't Jefferson McMinty."
"I'm excited to get back into the world of comics with Titan and the characters we created for SuperMansion. It's going to be a wild ride and I can't wait to get started!" said Zeb Wells Co-Creator/Director/Writer/Executive Producer of "SuperMansion."
